They advertise all these amazing deals like 30 percent off over 129 dollars and 25 percent off codes, but good luck getting them to actually work. I placed a 163 dollar order with nothing applied. I tried other promo codes that supposedly went through but my price stayed the same. Turns out the thing I wanted was blocked from every promotion. When I asked customer service about it, they told me it was already the lowest price available so no discounts possible. Then why even advertise them? Feels like bait and switch with the details hidden away. Later I found the exact same product from the maker directly for 127 plus free shipping, and on another site for 149 with free shipping. So calling it the cheapest anywhere was completely false. Not shopping there again.
