It used to be solid... but lately the updates they're rolling out just don't work right and create problems. Here are my main complaints: way too many failed payment issues which basically makes free trials for customers impossible on their platform. Can't manually add subtitles to videos anymore which kills the ability to support multiple languages like we used to. The automation dashboard is terrible and loads of users have complained but they refuse to listen. You can't remove affiliate discount codes so they stay visible at checkout even when they're not connected to anything. The community section is buggy with a confusing layout. Plus their support team gives wrong answers when you reach out to them.

They market their app as standard for all course creators and users, plus brand new community tools that sound incredible. Here's what they don't mention though and why none of it actually works well: they started as a basic course platform but then bought another company for better community features. Problem is, they never actually merged those two systems together! So if you're running courses or communities, you're stuck dealing with four separate apps to download and the main two are confusing as heck to set up and use. I even visited some of my students' homes trying to get it sorted and still couldn't fully fix it. To avoid the mess, I've decided to skip the apps entirely, but that just looks bad when you have to tell customers not to bother.
