NuFACE Reviews
What Shoppers Say About NuFACE
NuFace devices receive overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting widespread reliability issues and poor customer service. A significant majority of reviewers complain about devices failing within one to three years of normal use, unresponsive support teams, ignored return requests, lack of return labels, and a company unwilling to honor warranty claims or provide replacements. Many shoppers feel abandoned after making substantial purchases, with some devices failing after just over a year when warranty coverage ends.
A small subset of users report positive experiences with device performance, noting visible improvements in skin firmness, texture, and clarity after regular use, along with satisfaction with the mobile app functionality. However, these positive accounts are heavily outweighed by complaints about product durability and customer service failures, leading most reviewers to recommend avoiding the brand entirely.

Sorted by: Most recentTerrible support from this company. They don't back what they sell. My Trinity device was approximately 3 years old when it basically fell to pieces. Their response? They wanted me to buy a refurbished replacement. Not happening.
I purchased a NuFace device and it's not working. It's been several days and the company hasn't responded to any of my messages or even acknowledged my return request or sent me a return label. I've never seen a business operate like this.
Got the MINI+ Starter Kit a couple months back and I'm really happy with what I'm seeing. Right after the first session, my skin felt noticeably tighter and looked lifted. Perfect for before heading out. The longer I've used it, the fewer breakouts I'm getting, my skin texture is smoother, and everything looks more defined. The app works great, pairs with the device smoothly, and makes it easy to follow along with treatments. It's small enough to throw in a bag for trips, which fits my busy mid-20s schedule perfectly. If you want something quick that actually tightens and refines your skin, I'd definitely suggest giving it a try.
I bought the Trinity with the wrinkle reducer a while back after having problems with another retailer. The wrinkle attachment came damaged. I ended up getting a different LED device so never got a chance to use it anyway. It was stored safely the whole time, so I thought maybe I'd give it another shot since I keep seeing their marketing. After two uses it created a big dent in my forehead that wasn't there before. I've had more advanced treatments like laser since then but it's still there. The retailer is refusing to take any responsibility and even gave me wrong advice about using a conductive gel. Why would I even use it again after that? I'm really upset about this outcome.
Got a defective mini unit from an online retailer, but their warranty only covers half a year so they wouldn't help. The charging wasn't working at all. I reached out to NuFace directly and they promised to ship a replacement last month. Never arrived, and now my follow-up messages go unanswered. Definitely steer clear of this brand.
I wish I'd checked reviews before dropping that much money on this thing. It's basically become an expensive paperweight. After using it for just over a year, it quit working. It'll turn on but immediately powers down, even with a full charge. Since there's no coverage past 12 months, I'm out 350 dollars.
I need to warn people: the Nuface Mini is really not appropriate for anyone with metal in their teeth like crowns with metal or porcelain. The microcurrent seems to heat up the metal, and you'll taste metal in your mouth after using it. In my case, a blister actually formed inside my mouth where the microcurrent was warming up the metal in my crown. I quit using the device and the blister is healing now. This might not happen to everybody, but it definitely should be mentioned in the warnings section. There's nothing about this issue in there right now, and I've read other reviews from people who had the same metal-related problems.
This is just another company trying to squeeze money out of customers. I regret not looking at reviews first before purchasing. These aren't cheap, and honestly you can find the same product for way less on other sites. I had mine sitting around without using it much and it broke down. I emailed support and they basically ignored me, pretty condescending about the whole thing. Just skip this one. Don't spend your money here, look elsewhere first.
Bought a mini several years ago and stored it properly in its original box when I relocated to a different place. The storage conditions were perfect with no temperature or moisture issues. Once I unpacked it to use again, it seemed like it was charging but just wouldn't power up. I searched online for solutions, left it plugged in overnight for 16 hours straight, held the button down for 10 seconds repeatedly, nothing worked. When I called customer support asking if I could just replace the battery, they told me batteries can't be swapped out and the only option was a 20 percent off coupon toward buying a new one. I was really disappointed that such a pricey item could become completely useless so easily, but what really bothered me was how the customer service person treated me. She made me feel like I'd messed up, saying I 'didn't care for the device properly.' I'm sorry, but most products are supposed to be charged when needed, not kept on a charger constantly. That doesn't mean I'm careless with my things. Really let down by how fragile this product is and how I was made to feel.
I got my NuFace device about 2.5 years ago but it stopped functioning. They won't fix it or send a replacement since it's past the warranty period. For what you pay for something like this, it really should last longer than it did. I'm frustrated and disappointed, won't be buying from them again.
