I also got their latest pale blue color and the pants were way too sheer, especially in the back area where you could literally see the tag through the fabric. When I tried to return them, an automated email came back saying they couldn't locate my order even though I included the numbers. A follow-up email was actually helpful and apologetic, but then they asked me to try them on and send back pictures showing how see-through they were. I'm a fit woman in my sixties but absolutely not sending photos of my rear in tight transparent pants. That's humiliating. I never even wore these, didn't wash them, tags still attached. Despite telling them all this, they still wanted me to jump through hoops just to get a return label. Done with them. I'm going back to ordering through Amazon. I was really trying to avoid Amazon and shop directly from the brand.
First time ordering from this brand, usually I stick with Figs and have never had any issues, but they had a limited color I wanted. My order arrived completely wrong, two shirts instead of a shirt and pants combo. They got back to me fast but basically said sorry, now you need to return that extra shirt before we'll send you the actual pants. I didn't have a day off for a couple days so the whole thing was delayed. When I finally got to the post office they said I couldn't print the label there and had to go to FedEx. FedEx printed it but wouldn't ship it so I ended up back at the post office. All this running around on my one day off because of their error. Just a quick apology and they kept my whole order hostage until I fixed their problem. Super frustrating and I'm going back to Figs permanently. I regret trying them out and honestly their material is pretty mediocre anyway.
Used to be a solid brand but now it's just garbage. Stuff keeps falling out of my pockets constantly. Lost my car keys because of how poorly designed the pockets are. Total waste of money.

Their scrubs used to be really solid but the newer material is just not it. The color fades way too quickly. I got two sets back in May and by August the black and navy were already noticeably faded. Three months max before they look rough. Definitely won't be ordering again. The fabric on these new scrubs feels aged even though they're brand new.

Super slow shipping, like glacially slow. This company has the absolute slowest delivery times in the industry. Even when you pay for expedited options you still end up waiting a week. Their whole shipping process is a mess.
Total scam with their shipping. They said it would arrive in 7 business days and told me to call if it didn't show up so I could get my money back. Well, it never came, I called them back, and suddenly they're saying no refunds until after it ships. That's ridiculous because they don't refund shipping costs anyway and you'd have to pay out of pocket to send it back. This company has the absolute worst customer service I've experienced.
