Rudsak Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Rudsak
Rudsak shoppers are sharply divided in their assessments. Positive reviewers consistently praise the quality and craftsmanship of clothing items, particularly jackets, coats, and knitwear, describing them as beautifully made, well-fitting, and durable. Customer service stands out as a key strength for those who had helpful interactions at physical locations. However, a significant portion of reviews highlight serious problems: shipping errors, product durability issues (boots failing after minimal wear), defective warranty claim processes, and outdated store location information on the website that sent customers on wasted trips. Return processes have been criticized as slow and confusing, with one reviewer experiencing months-long delays and contradictory information about return options.
The stark divide between five-star and one-star ratings suggests Rudsak delivers exceptional experiences for some customers but leaves others frustrated by operational and quality control lapses. The company appears strong on in-store service at certain locations but struggles with order fulfillment accuracy, website maintenance, and post-purchase support processes.

Sorted by: Most recentPlaced an order with Rudsak and I'm really happy with everything. Got a turtleneck that's incredibly cozy and soft to the touch. Also grabbed a spring and fall jacket that's beautifully made and fits just right. Quality is definitely there.
My winter boots started falling apart after just a month of wearing them. I filed a warranty claim in December which got approved. I asked if I could return them at the Eaton Centre location, and they said sure, except that store had actually shut down months earlier. I requested a return label around mid December but it took forever to arrive. I followed up with emails every two weeks and mostly got ignored, except for one message asking if I'd already returned them in store. I triple checked my spam folder but nothing showed up. Their website said to use their chat feature because phones were down, but the chat wasn't even working. I finally got the label in April after messaging them on social media. When they did replace my boots with a gift card for the original purchase price, I found out the same boots now cost sixty dollars more, even with the twenty percent discount code they gave me. Plus they automatically added a six dollar third party delivery charge to my order that I didn't authorize and didn't notice until checkout. That should be something you opt in to, not something you have to remove. It's also weird that they need a third party guarantee for delivery at all. This should have just been a simple boot swap, or at minimum they should have covered the shipping cost.
I ordered something and got the wrong item shipped to me. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife and I was really let down by the mistake.
Working with Rob and Jansen at the Woodbury Commons store made my whole experience incredible. They followed up with me while they arranged to ship my coat to the location so I could complete my purchase. Great customer service really does matter, and it honestly overshadows anything else that might not be perfect. The Daron coat I picked up is something I'll treasure. It's stylish and built well, and I have confidence it's going to be a piece I wear for a long time.
My first purchase at Rudsak was fantastic thanks to Rob and Jansen at the Woodbury Commons location. They stayed in touch with me while getting my coat transferred to the store so I could pick it up. For me, customer service makes or breaks a brand. Everything else takes a backseat when you have people who really care about helping you. The Daron coat I got is exactly what I was hoping for. It looks sharp and the quality feels like it'll hold up for years to come.
I was looking to buy a jacket and checked your site for store locations. The closest one listed was Eaton Centre, which is about half an hour from me. I drove there only to find the store closed and moved somewhere else with zero update on your website. So I had to go all the way to Vaughan instead. When I got there, even though the store was empty, the sales associate wasn't very interested in helping. It felt like I was bothering them. I did end up buying the jacket anyway, but the whole thing left a bad taste. This brand doesn't seem to value customer care, and I'm not sure I'll shop there again.
Spent weeks trying to reach someone through calls and emails about my issue without getting it resolved. The merchandise is quality stuff, but their customer service is seriously lacking.
I've tried calling and emailing multiple times trying to get help with no luck. The items themselves are solid, but the service side of things is really letting them down.
I'd give zero stars to your service center if I could. I requested a size exchange and your team said yes, but then I never got a return label. I kept reaching out and heard nothing back. I won't be recommending Rudsak to anyone anymore.
I wouldn't give your service team anything but the lowest rating possible. I asked about swapping my size and got approval, but you never sent me a return label. When I followed up multiple times, there was just radio silence. Definitely won't be telling friends and family about Rudsak.
