I've contacted them about this recurring problem multiple times, but since they use a third party for delivery, nothing seems to change. If you're ordering bagged items on a pallet, expect damage.

This is the worst supply company I've worked with. Items constantly show up damaged. Toilets and assembly parts are especially bad. I've had two separate orders of flange to bowl bolts where the bolt threads were destroyed on both. It's like they're just repackaging returns. I'm looking for a different supplier.

I bought a range glide listed at $9.35, but nowhere did it mention upfront that there would be an additional charge of $10 plus sales tax and shipping fees.
