Wish I'd read reviews first before jumping into a subscription with these fraudsters! The package showed up with three items, every single one clearly opened and messed with. On top of that, they secretly enrolled me in recurring charges I never signed up for. I called them out right away, wanted my money back, and told them to forget about sending replacements since their quality control is basically nonexistent. After 10 separate messages back and forth, I've got zero resolution. I filed a chargeback and let my credit card company sort it out. Do yourself a favor and don't give these people your money.
My recurring order just vanished without any word from the company. I reached out twice through email asking for details about what happened, but got nowhere. Then I tried opening a fresh account and they showed me a promo code, except it wouldn't work at checkout. I actually like the product itself, but if they don't get their act together soon, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
This outfit is a complete rip-off and fraud. They suck you in with a cheap deal on a 3-month supply, then automatically lock you into continuous billing that's basically impossible to get out of. There's no self-service cancellation option, you just get redirected to fill out some questionnaire. Their terms are all over the place saying you can return stuff, but if you're on autopay you gotta give them 2 months notice or they charge your full amount with zero refunds allowed. They advertise a returns email too but it doesn't work. I submitted the questionnaire and got told no refunds are happening, but to watch for a cancellation email that never showed up. So I disputed the charge with my bank and I'm done with them. What's really sad is years back when they were called something else, the stuff actually did the job and their service didn't suck. Total letdown, I hope they go under soon.

That's just bad business and probably illegal. Once I realized how they operate, I asked for a refund and return shipping for my unopened items, and they turned me down flat. My follow-ups get ignored completely. Honestly pathetic. If you're already a customer, cancel the card, file a chargeback dispute, and help shut them down. This company shouldn't exist.
Excellent products made by folks who really understand how to harness CBD's benefits. I've checked out the competition but this brand truly helps me manage stress levels. Their Stress CBD Complex gummies are fantastic, definitely give them a shot.
