This gets a zero from me. The customer service on their website is absolutely abysmal. I spent nearly one hundred dollars on polish back in late March and have been chasing them ever since with minimal responses, despite their automated messages promising replies in 48 hours. They told me it was lost but wouldn't provide tracking info. When I asked for a refund, they claimed to resend it over two weeks ago. I'm still trying to get my money back and they're ignoring me. Their system is apparently down and they can't process refunds. Don't use this company.

I grabbed six bottles of their topless polish from a drugstore chain and it's awful. The application is uneven and patchy, and it chips within two or three days. It also dries out your nails. This is honestly the worst I've used. You pretty much have to do a base, two coats, and a top coat just to make it work, which defeats the whole point of a quick manicure. Very let down.

This is the worst nail polish I've ever owned. The navy shade I bought was a nightmare to remove. Even with a base coat, it stuck to my skin and got under my nail tips, leaving my hands completely blue. I went through almost an entire bottle of powerful remover and still had issues.

I don't get what everyone's talking about. This brand is the worst nail varnish I've ever tried. Even with base coat, two layers, and top coat, you're lucky to get two days out of it. I heard about it from a shopping channel and regretted buying it. Essie is way better.

I'd rate this zero if possible. Over several weeks, I've sent three separate emails and only get auto-replies back. Nothing else. Even wrote directly to the CEO and still got nothing. The nail polish itself is actually great, but I've switched to another brand now and won't be coming back. It's clear they just don't value their customers at all.
