Then every two weeks it's the same story, they say they're shipping it today, and after six times I still don't have anything. If I could talk to whoever's running this place I'd show them what it really means to treat people with respect.
Absolute scam and total money grab by this awful company. My son got the security questions wrong because the clock was running out and he got nervous. They booted him out instantly. We phoned and got told he'd need to sign up again and pay the whole fee all over. He'd already finished the first module and passed his learner's test. They won't work with us at all or return our cash. Complete cash grab disguised as a service. A local driving school we know says this company is the worst around and they're absolutely right. Nobody at customer service cares and if you actually reach someone they just repeat that it's their policy and too bad for you.
I flunked the quiz three times in a row and got locked out. The system asked me to start over from scratch. There's zero warning about this happening anywhere like the ads or the terms, it's basically designed to trap you into paying all over again. Plenty of other driver education places offer online courses through video calls that are way better. Skip this one.
Just stay away from this place, seriously. Don't even think about buying anything from them. Complete scammers.

Never got my defensive driving certificate and neither did my insurance company. I called asking them to email me a digital copy but they said they couldn't do it. That made no sense to me because they can run the whole course online but suddenly can't email a certificate? It's been almost two months and my insurance company still hasn't received anything.
This place is ridiculous. The whole setup is designed to make you fail. Right off the bat they make you answer twenty security questions, yeah you read that right, twenty of them. Plus you have to do voice recognition. During the actual test they ask you one of those security questions and if you miss it, you're done, completely blocked. The only way to keep going is paying all over again. The videos you watch for studying? They loop the same stuff two or three times. Each section ends with a quick quiz that you only get 45 seconds to answer. You get three tries total, and if you don't nail it, you're locked out again. Want to restart? Pay up. Calling their support line is useless. After waiting on hold for half an hour you finally get somebody but when you ask about a refund for this whole mess they just hang up on you. Don't bother with this site. It should be reported to the Better Business Bureau because the whole operation is shady. I'd give zero stars if the system allowed it. Be warned.
Customer service tried to help, but the actual program kept crashing and freezing up. During the voice verification quiz, the whole thing locked down and the only way forward was to pay another fee. Pretty sure this whole thing is rigged.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. It's just a time waster. I watched tons and tons of videos and then the test itself failed me. Customer service wasn't helpful at all, they literally suggested I buy the course again just because I didn't pass it. This was after six hours of watching their material. The site clearly has major problems and somebody needs to look into it.
