This product ruined my skin. I have documentation showing the blisters and significant swelling it caused.

I really enjoy this company's products and regularly buy them for myself and as gifts. Recently an order arrived damaged from the delivery company, not from This Works' fault. I sent pictures and called, speaking with a helpful staff member named Libby who immediately took care of it. She offered to resend the items through Royal Mail and was genuinely kind and helpful every step of the way. This Works deserves credit for having such great people on their team. Libby went above and beyond, and I'm grateful they turned what could have been frustrating into a completely smooth experience.

I had worse sleep than usual after using this. The smell is unpleasant and it made my skin feel itchy.

I'm really disappointed with This Works because they market themselves as using natural, harmless ingredients, but that's not what I'm getting. I had a severe allergic reaction to their primer product. When I checked the ingredients using an app, it showed a score of 1 out of 100 for safety. The ingredient list included some pretty concerning stuff, like carcinogenic materials and chemicals that release formaldehyde. This is absolutely not what I expected from a brand claiming to be free from harmful chemicals. Complete waste of money, and honestly, the company should be held accountable for letting people unknowingly apply potentially dangerous products to their skin.

Their website is broken and the service is terrible. I tried buying their products but the site wouldn't process the transaction even though I entered all my information correctly. When I called to place the order by phone instead, they asked me to give them my bank's security code to complete the payment. That's completely inappropriate and unsafe. Not a professional operation at all.

Based on the many complaints I've seen, I'm not alone in my disappointment with this company. The pillow spray simply doesn't work as advertised. The packaging is poorly designed, and after using it just a couple times, the spray mechanism got stuck and stopped working properly. The fragrance itself doesn't smell special at all, honestly kind of cheap. I sent a polite email asking if this was a known issue, and they responded asking for product codes and a video. I didn't have time for that hassle, so I asked if they could just pick up the defective item. Their reply was basically no, because it had been over 30 days. This is clearly how they avoid their obligations to customers. It's obvious what kind of operation this is, especially reading all the other negative experiences out there.

The smell is absolutely lovely. Unfortunately, the moisturizer itself doesn't deliver on what it promises.

I found This Works In Transit Camera Close-Up in a holiday gift set and absolutely loved it. The scent and texture were perfect, so I decided to order more through the company's site. The package arrived but something was off. The product had virtually no smell and wasn't anything like the fresh, essential oil scent I fell in love with from the original. I called their customer service and they asked me to email photos, which I did. After two days with no response, I'm pretty frustrated. If they're selling old or substandard products online, This Works should want to know about it and care about their customers' experience.
