Their online payment portal was always down. Finally got through when someone called and I paid the full $251 invoice in September. I made it clear I wanted the account closed and no more catalogs or statements. A week later, they sent an invoice for $4 in interest because I paid two days after the due date. Before I knew it, that ballooned to $293.68 that I had to pay today just to close this out again. Their customer service almost never picks up, their phone menu never has what you need, and they've completely trashed my credit rating over a $4 charge. Honestly, you'd be better off getting a loan from someone sketchy than dealing with this company.
Once I sent back my items, they slapped me with a $26 restocking fee. That's basically robbery. It turned me off from shopping with them completely. Won't be buying anything from them anymore and I'm really let down.

Absolutely horrible! Trying to return anything is pointless. You'll get hit with a restocking charge AND you'll only receive store credit, not your actual money back. This is awful! If you need to send something back, just forget about it. You'll pay a fee to return items AND you only get store credit instead of actual money back. My delivery went to the wrong address, and even though I paid high shipping fees, there's basically no customer service. I have to get a police report and fill out paperwork, and they're not even helping. They should work with the shipping company to track down where my package ended up.
