Got a Cedar XL cot from a reseller overseas and the package showed up sealed but with poles that were too short for that model. I had to ship the whole thing back to Europe at my own expense. The reseller claimed the manufacturer would send a replacement directly, but when I asked for tracking information multiple times, I got nothing. I also reached out to the company myself, but they never responded to any of my requests.
The pad fell apart after being used twice. Since it was over 2 years old, Amazon wouldn't help and told me to contact Klymit. Big mistake. Their so-called lifetime warranty is practically worthless outside the US, and they're asking for $40 just to send me a replacement. Not happening. I'm done with them and will buy from UK brands from now on. Honestly hope they close down.
The Static V2 stopped working after just two uses, deflating in about an hour. I checked for holes and inspected the valve but found nothing obvious. After dunking it in water, I discovered leaks coming from the seams of the chambers. It was basically falling apart. On top of that, if you're outside the US, their 'lifetime warranty' charges you almost full retail price for a replacement including shipping. The Inertia XL is hands down the comfiest sleeping pad I've ever owned. You can inflate it with just five breath strokes and then use the hand pump to get it perfectly pressurized.
