What Shoppers Say About HP Store Nederland
HP Store Nederland receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting systemic problems across product quality, customer service, and order fulfillment. Reviewers describe defective products including laptops with failed hinges and charging ports, combined with long shipping delays (weeks to months) and unshipped orders. The most consistent complaint involves customer support: callers report endless hold times, transfers between departments without resolution, incorrect phone numbers, and lack of follow-up unless customers initiate contact repeatedly.
Shopper frustration centers on the disconnect between HP's reputation as a trusted brand and the actual service experience. Refund processes are reportedly slow (taking longer than stated timelines), return instructions are unclear, and support staff are described as unresponsive to problems. Multiple reviewers advise against purchasing from HP Store Nederland, citing the combination of product reliability issues and the difficulty in obtaining help when problems arise.

Sorted by: Most recentI ordered a charger from the HP store but don't need it anymore and now I can't figure out how to return it. Their website instructions don't make sense. When I call, they keep transferring me around and nobody solves anything, or they give me phone numbers that don't work. When I purchased it I thought HP was a trustworthy big brand. Turns out you can't trust even the major companies anymore.
Nothing but disaster from top to bottom. The products themselves are poor quality and their support team couldn't care less. Stay away from this company entirely.
We used to believe HP meant quality. Over three years we purchased 11 HP laptops for our business. One had hinges break within two years, and another had the USB-C charging port fail after just five months. Then we tried dealing with HP Support, which was incredibly frustrating. Endless hold times, being bounced around multiple departments, a ticketing system that doesn't track their own notes so you start over each call, conflicting information, and no way to escalate. We should have seen this coming after buying two identical monitors that had completely different color displays. We switched to Liyama monitors, which cost less and work better. When our HP printers started burning through toner way too fast, we switched to Brother printers and cut printing costs significantly. The HP docking stations didn't perform as well as DELL models. We tried one anyway but it ended up sitting in a box. Now all our workstations use DELL docking stations, which are more expensive but actually worth it.
I paid for a laptop but HP never shipped it. When you call them, they make you wait forever and don't follow up unless you call back. Then they tell you the refund takes 5 days. I waited 14 days for a laptop that was never sent. Incredible customer service. Never buy an HP laptop again.
Ordered a headset as a Christmas present on November 30th and was told it would definitely arrive before the holiday. Nothing showed up. I contacted the shipping company and found out the item never even left HP's warehouse. After going back and forth with multiple HP representatives who claimed to fix the issue, I was promised delivery before Christmas again. Needless to say, we're almost at Christmas and still no order processing. This company is a total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else.
Purchased a laptop online and quickly realized I picked the wrong touchscreen option. I tried calling but after waiting forever on hold, I sent an email instead within the first hour. Never got a response by phone. Days later they emailed back saying upgrades aren't possible. I called many times and two different people told me there's a 15% restocking charge if I cancel. Every transfer to someone who can actually help just hangs up on me. I'm basically being charged 15% to keep something I don't want while spending days trying to reach anyone who can process a cancellation. The chat feature has been useless too. Why is upgrading a touchscreen resolution such a nightmare, especially when I'd be paying extra? I'm stuck with a laptop I can't use unless someone at HP finally answers. UPDATE: Still waiting but I've written amazing lyrics to their hold music. SECOND UPDATE: I've created a full orchestra version of that music and finally got through to a supervisor, but now I'm stuck with this laptop since they don't have the 1920x1080 touchscreen model anymore.
I placed an order and it got cancelled without any notification from HP. They still charged me for it, so my money is stuck pending. I might need to file a dispute against them.
Called HP directly before buying a business laptop and they assured me it was in stock with next-day delivery. Of course it never arrived, but the shipping company claimed they attempted delivery. They absolutely did not try. HP told me there are no managers available to escalate issues and they won't refund anything until I return the item. Order from this company at your own risk.
