These are completely different from what I expected. The fit is way too tight and the quality is clearly cheaply made. The material doesn't seem like real lamb's wool at all. This will be my last purchase from them. It's disappointing because their older products used to be actually good.

Total junk. I've barely worn these and the soles are already peeling away from the upper. Really let down by this purchase.

What a nightmare! I ordered a new style release on the 28th and had some loyalty points to use for ten dollars off. But it was just broken promise after broken promise. Then they made me download their app just to track my order. After days of unhelpful customer service the order finally showed shipped, or so I thought. Three days went by and come to find out the tracking number was completely fake. Now I have no idea where my order actually is. They supposedly escalated it to their warehouse team. The item sold out online so I won't even be able to get a replacement. I'm furious right now. This has never happened to me before. I usually grab my boots from retail stores but I thought ordering direct would be better. Their customer service was useless, there was constant waiting around, and that fake tracking number. They really need a dedicated phone line and email for their warehouse. This whole experience has been a disaster.

I bought a pair advertised as waterproof and after just a light snowfall my feet were completely soaked. I sent four separate emails trying to get help and never heard back from anyone. The company is selling boots they claim are waterproof when they clearly aren't and then they ignore customers who reach out with complaints.

If these boots could have more stars I'd give them all of them. I wore a pair to work one day and unfortunately got hit by a car while crossing the street. My toes could have been crushed but because of these boots they stayed safe inside. I didn't even realize what happened at first until I tried to take another step. I'm just grateful to whoever designs and makes these boots. They saved my toes.

Got my new boots in the mail today and they're absolute garbage. The soles are already coming unglued right out of the box. If I was still living up north these wouldn't make it through even one week. I'm in a milder area and I'm guessing I'll get maybe a month before they fall apart. I really wish I'd looked at reviews before ordering. Never buying from them again. Going forward I'm sticking to US made shoes only. WARNING: don't buy these at any price. The five star reviews on here are fake.

I placed an order in mid-March and haven't heard anything since. I've sent tons of emails and gotten zero response. I really wish I'd looked into this company before spending my money. I'm going to try to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Save your money and don't buy from here.

The waterproofing is completely useless. I cleaned them exactly how they said to and now they're totally ruined. I've only worn them for a month. The product itself is terrible and their customer service doesn't help at all.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I literally had to cut the boots to get my feet in them. Even after cutting them open they were painful to walk in and nearly impossible to take off. These are hands down the worst boots I've ever owned. I couldn't even wear them once. Did I seriously pay money for this?

I usually order a fresh pair every season for me and my kid and have never had problems until now. Got two pairs on sale for about 71 dollars each and my daughter's pair arrived with one boot's metal fastener snapped completely in half. It's clearly a manufacturing problem. I sent pictures and their answer was to give me a 20 dollar credit toward getting it fixed somewhere. How am I supposed to even find a cobbler who repairs that kind of thing? It seems way easier for them to just fix or replace it since the boots are still basically new condition and only worn once. I'll update this if they end up making it right.
