Referral programs should build loyalty and reward customers, not create hidden gotchas that block credits from being given. This experience broke my trust completely. I've cancelled my membership and won't be back. The products were decent, but what they did here was wrong. Honesty in marketing matters, and customers shouldn't have to hunt for secret requirements.

After it populated on the subscriptions tab, I emailed customer service asking about a refund since I hadn't authorized this. They said they don't accept returns and wanted proof of cancellation, which I didn't screenshot during my investigation. My bad for trusting them initially, but this whole situation is shameful. PRO TIP: Check 'manage subscriptions' from the homepage, not the subscriptions tab in your account to see what's really active. Also really bothered that they store my credit card info and I have limited control over it.
Ordered Beam Organics GLOW in September 2025 without selecting a subscription. Got charged on October 8th for a product I never requested or approved. This is straight up fraud. On top of that, their password reset feature doesn't work at all. I tried resetting multiple times throughout the day and never received an email from their support team. It's clearly intentional so customers can't access their accounts to cancel subscriptions. The whole thing feels designed to trap you. They don't even have a phone number for customer service, which should've been my first warning. I've seen an Instagram creator promoting this stuff, but when I reached out she ghosted me. Really disappointed that someone well-known would push this. Do not buy from here. They overcharge and won't fix anything. Huge scam.

These products taste awful, honestly disgusting despite all the marketing hype. On top of bad flavor, they treat customers really poorly. The prices don't match the quality at all. They ignore your messages and have zero interest in helping. Terrible company.

You get a bag of powder and a scoop, that's it. This company won't give money back. I used one scoop, didn't enjoy the taste, and it didn't help me sleep at all, but they flat out refused to refund me for the expensive product. No satisfaction guarantee, nothing.
Started my subscription about two months ago based on their 20% monthly savings claim plus an even bigger discount the first month, which is a common tactic to get people hooked. They've since dropped their prices from $95 to $85, but they're refusing to adjust pricing for customers who signed up at the higher rate. We specifically signed up because of the promised 20% discount, which no longer exists. They're clearly taking advantage of customers who committed early. For a supplement brand with some of the highest prices out there, their customer service is basically nonexistent. There are way better companies out there who actually value their customers. Also, their password recovery system is completely broken. I tried numerous times during the day to reset my password and never got an email response, making it impossible to manage my account or cancel anything. They won't budge on overcharges either. Be careful with this company.
The sleep powder itself actually works fine, but everything else about this company is terrible. It took over two weeks just to get my order delivered. When I asked about the delay, the customer service team was rude and unhelpful. Worst part is I could buy the exact same ingredients from Amazon for under $90 and get way more product, like 10 times the amount. Their pricing is ridiculous. Dealing with account setup and trying to cancel was also a nightmare. I'm done shopping with shopbeam.com.
