I received the wrong item because mine was backordered without my permission to substitute. I was told twice that I could return it and a shipping label would be emailed. A week passed with no label. When I called back, suddenly the story changed and I'd have to pay for return shipping. No one contacted me about this policy change. I shouldn't be paying to return something they got wrong in the first place.
My situation mirrors the Father's Day disaster. I'm calling mine the breast cancer awareness month fiasco. I ordered materials well in advance for October. Only part of my order arrived much later than expected. Trying to help, I ordered something else as an alternative. What finally showed up was the wrong item sent by Fed-Ex. I've spent three months trying to return it. Every time my staff or I asked about return labels, we heard three to five days and they'd send them. This happened repeatedly with no labels arriving. Of course, their finance department sent us a bill and a late payment reminder while we were still stuck with the wrong merchandise. Today we gave them a new email and were told to wait another three to five days for labels. When I asked if I could just drop it at Fed-Ex myself, they said yes but I'd pay shipping. I have zero confidence in this company. This nightmare started in September and it's still ongoing in February. Unbelievable.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered online and was promised delivery in 5-8 business days. After calling at the 8-day mark, they said my product was being customized and I'd get it in another 8 days. When I followed up again without a tracking number, they claimed they lost my artwork and needed me to resubmit it for another 8-day wait. I had to chase them down constantly. Then on day 27, they called to say I needed to order 15 more units to proceed with mine. When I refused and reminded them of our agreement, the rep said he didn't care what was advertised and I needed to order 50 minimum. This contradicted what someone had told me two weeks prior about my order already being placed. Horrible experience from start to finish.
Ordered bulk t-shirts in late September. Approved the design proof the next day and was told production takes about 7 business days plus 2-5 for shipping. I called in October after a month with nothing, and they said production hadn't even started but assured me delivery by late October. Called again after another week still without my items. Production still hadn't begun. They offered 10 percent off and promised delivery by early November. Here it is over a week into November and I have nothing. Phone calls get disconnected when I give my order number. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company and reporting to the Better Business Bureau. This is a scam. Do not use them.

Product costs are actually pretty fair, but the shipping will destroy your budget. They charged me $37 to ship some t-shirts. That's where they get you.
They spam me with emails constantly advertising free samples and sample packs. Guess what? They never actually send them. Whether you order online, by mail, or phone, they promise the samples but they never show up. If you're not going to send something, stop advertising it. I can't trust their word anymore.
Skip this company entirely. I ordered 82 tumblers in late April. They charged my card within days. Despite their quick delivery guarantee, my order hadn't arrived by mid-May. I spent hours on the phone and email trying to track it down. When I finally reached someone, they said they'd receive 300 units and I'd have mine within the week. A completely different order showed up instead. The next day when I called, they had no record of my previous conversation. They said the system auto-changed my order and couldn't refund me until they received it back. By then it was too late to order from someone reliable. I won't order from them again.
