You reach out asking questions and they bombard you with emails. You finally give them the information they request to schedule something and then they ghost you completely. That's not how you start a good business relationship. It left a really bad impression.

Support experience was really disappointing. Our leads stopped arriving at our email for about a month and they kept saying the problem was on our email provider's side. Turns out it was their suppression list in their microservice that was broken. No apology, they barely acknowledged it was their mistake, and they wouldn't even bulk send us the missed leads. We had to pull them individually. This isn't the first time leads haven't shown up either. They always point fingers elsewhere and avoid taking real responsibility until they're forced to investigate.
