AMAZING stuff! Our cats couldn't eat outside anymore because of all the ants. We sprayed the porch and the ants completely disappeared. So happy with it we bought three more bottles
This portable charger is a complete rip-off. Either I got sent a broken unit or this thing just doesn't work at all. Won't charge anything even when it's fully charged up. Don't waste your money here, get something else instead!
They're asking for a serial number for a product recall but I can't find it anywhere on the actual product. Seems odd they'd do a recall without putting the serial number on the item itself
Had a problem with a battery I purchased because my shipping address got entered wrong. I reached out to them and talked to someone named Eric who was absolutely fantastic. He's the kind of customer service rep that any company would be lucky to have. Eric fixed my issue super fast and rerouted my package so I'd get it before the holidays. Haven't tested the battery itself yet but Eric's help was so great and professional that I'm definitely coming back to this company!
Received a dual connector with just a USB C cable. I specifically picked this model because I need lightning compatibility, so it's useless without an extra adapter. Completely wrong for what I needed it for. Was supposed to take it on a trip and called them about it. They promised to rush things but somehow it took even longer and the response came back in another language. This is frustrating
