I'm still waiting almost a month later after calling and emailing repeatedly. I've had to escalate this through a formal complaint process because they're clearly not going to help. After having good experiences before, I'm done with them. Their customer service basically doesn't exist. They're going to lose customers fast if they don't get their act together.
This company is truly awful. Their customer service is completely unacceptable and they wouldn't even try to fix a missing delivery.
Had a suitcase for roughly five years. Use it twice yearly for work travel to the States. Never overpacked it, but the zipper gave out anyway. Now I find out there's no way to get it fixed. Pretty frustrating from an environmental standpoint.

Stay away from this company. They're hands down the worst online retailer I've dealt with in the UK. They charged my card twice for a single purchase and then overcharged one card by about six times the correct amount, leaving me nearly £1500 short. I contacted them immediately with proof but my emails were ignored completely. They didn't care and showed zero empathy. Now I have to get both my banks involved to work out chargebacks. Email is literally the only way to reach them and good luck getting a response. I've had to go through my card companies to try and fix this mess.
