Claims "hassle-free returns" but that's not what I experienced. Tried to send back the wrong clamping cuffs for a refund and hit a brick wall. I purchased a bilge hose from them and needed matching cuffs, which their site says you have to get from them. The problem is they list the size but don't clarify which end of the cuff that measurement applies to. The only size they had in stock didn't work with my hose, and when I asked about returning it, they just brushed me off. This marks my second terrible experience with this company. I'm done shopping here for good.
