Even though I had some hesitations, I still respected her work as a beauty expert and decided to order three. They never showed up, so I contacted support. Got an automated message saying they'd respond within three business days, which seemed reasonable. Two weeks later, still nothing. Sent another email and got another automated response. Now it's been three months with zero actual replies. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau hoping they could help, and even they couldn't reach the company. Sent one more email to EM Cosmetics directly and still got no response. It's one thing to ignore a customer, but ignoring the BBB? That's a whole other level. Feels like my money just disappeared. I've never experienced anything like this before and honestly it's shocking.

Their support team said my order was flagged for suspected fraud because my billing address didn't match my credit card's registered address. This has never happened to me before and it makes zero sense. What kind of scammer actually pays for something? They lost a customer over this nonsense.
