Their customer service is basically nonexistent. Back in November I saw a social media post about their lip stains from the founder. Even though I had some hesitations, I still respected her work as a beauty expert and decided to order three. They never showed up, so I contacted support. Got an automated message saying they'd respond within three business days, which seemed reasonable. Two weeks later, still nothing. Sent another email and got another automated response. Now it's been three months with zero actual replies. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau hoping they could help, and even they couldn't reach the company. Sent one more email to EM Cosmetics directly and still got no response. It's one thing to ignore a customer, but ignoring the BBB? That's a whole other level. Feels like my money just disappeared. I've never experienced anything like this before and honestly it's shocking.

Picked up some EM items for my wife's Christmas present. She's been using their skincare line for a while and absolutely loves all of it. The customer service team was also really helpful when I needed to swap out a couple items I ordered by mistake. Really appreciate it!

I was ready to purchase several items from EM Cosmetics until I saw the shipping charge. Over $41 just to ship to my country? That's absolutely outrageous! I've ordered from tons of US beauty retailers and most charge around $9.90 to $20, which is fair. This is the second brand after some other popular beauty companies that's been way too expensive for shipping. If you want customers from overseas, you need to adjust these costs. Until that changes, I won't be ordering from you.

Wanted to purchase this product after seeing an influencer use their lipliner. Had around $75 worth of stuff ready to go when the site kept adding a $25 face mask to my cart without permission. I couldn't figure out how to remove it no matter how many times I tried. The website also said I couldn't modify my order after checkout, so I just abandoned my cart. When I reached out to their support team, nobody responded. This feels like a scam and I'm really upset about it. Definitely keep your credit card information away from them.

Their support team said my order was flagged for suspected fraud because my billing address didn't match my credit card's registered address. This has never happened to me before and it makes zero sense. What kind of scammer actually pays for something? They lost a customer over this nonsense.
