Total rip-off and zero support. I bought something through a social media shop and sent back a shirt. They claimed they were giving me a $40 refund but then randomly took out $24.85, leaving me with only $15.15 back to my account. When I tried reaching out multiple times, they just ignored me. Stay away from this place. Don't trust them with your money.

I was really pumped to shop here. Ordered a cow print hoodie online and got sent a basic black and white hoodie that wasn't what I picked at all. Spent three days going back and forth through emails before calling them, and they basically said tough luck. Either keep the wrong hoodie or pay shipping to send it back so they can refund my $80, which is ridiculous. The order confirmation clearly showed the cow print design, but what showed up was completely different. They blamed it on a system error and said sizes weren't available to swap. This happened right before a big sale when they definitely had stock. Would not recommend at all. Definitely passing on this brand.
