I've been loyal to True Botanicals for more than a year and these products truly deliver. Sure, they cost more than drugstore brands, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I appreciate that everything is made from natural ingredients. The changes showed up pretty quickly for me, and they've just kept improving the longer I use them. People compliment my skin regularly. I'm 58 and would definitely recommend giving these a shot. Just a heads up for anyone leaving bad reviews: expecting dramatic overnight transformations is unrealistic. Some skin concerns take time to address. Give it a real chance and you'll notice the difference.

I bought their rescue balm and I'm stunned at how tiny the container is for the $77 price. The product doesn't deliver on what they promise about treating crepey skin, which is exactly why I ordered it. What a total scam.

I've been a True Botanicals customer for two years now. My husband saw such a noticeable improvement in my skin that after watching the results for a year, he decided to order his own starter kit. When I suggested he switch back to his old cheaper brand to save some cash, he flat out refused. Customer service has been fantastic every single time I've needed to reach out, probably three or four times total. Each time they've sent me complimentary products to apologize for any inconvenience. Out of everything I've tried, only two products didn't work for me and they've actually been discontinued. Most of their lineup is excellent, with maybe a couple items I'm neutral about. I stocked up during Black Friday and grabbed everything at 40% off so we're set for the next several months.

When you try to reach out, nobody actually responds. There are no real people helping you. They claim you can chat with someone, but all you get is an automated bot. If you have an issue with one of their products, they don't provide any real support.
