Really disappointed with how this company handled our return request. They initially promised we could send back an unopened item from our subscription and that they'd provide a prepaid shipping label plus a refund. We've emailed them 5 different times over the last month and haven't gotten a single response. It's frustrating because there's no phone support, just email that they clearly aren't checking. I can't recommend dealing with them based on this experience.
