Really let down by this company. I bought 2 mystery boxes and the website showed tons of beautiful color combinations. What showed up was incredibly dull with just 3 colors across both boxes - white, maroon, and beige. I called their customer service team and got told 'sorry you're disappointed but there's nothing we can do at this point.' Those were literally their exact words. Their customer service is awful and the company doesn't care about making things right. I was even thinking about signing up for a subscription with that order, so I'm grateful I didn't go through with it. Won't shop here again and would tell others to pass.

Terrible experience with how they handle customers. After waiting over 10 business days, I never got a shipping confirmation email even though their site says you will. I submitted a question through their website contact form and got nothing back. Then I tried emailing directly but only received an unhelpful auto-reply. When I reached out on Facebook, they didn't reply AND they removed my post. This was my first order and definitely my last. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
