I used to be a loyal customer, but my recent order showed a major shift in manufacturing locations and quality. All my new items are now produced overseas rather than in my previous preferred location. The real problem is inconsistency across their products. I ordered two identical shirts in different colors and they fit completely differently. Worse yet, I got two shorts in the same style but different colors with identical size tags, except they were actually about 3 to 4 inches apart in actual size. These issues made me decide to return everything. I've never been so frustrated that I created an account just to leave feedback about my experience.
I got two XL shirts that arrived looking more like medium sizes. I sealed them back up with all the original labels intact and sent them back with tracking. After waiting around a week with no word, I reached out to the company via email multiple times before getting any response. Turns out they're claiming they never received my return, so no refund is coming my way. I lost my return receipt paperwork, so I'm basically out the 50 pounds I spent. This company operates like a scam. I absolutely will not be ordering from them again. The whole experience was a nightmare.

This is a masterclass in poor customer service. Their customer service team seems to consist of one person who either has way too much on their plate to respond to emails or simply doesn't care about addressing customer concerns. I sent back two items that weren't working right and included proof of delivery using their own mail service return label. Six weeks later, still no refund and still no responses. When they do reply, it takes weeks between messages. After going back and forth forever, they finally said they'd refund me but then asked me to confirm what I'd sent back, even though I'd already done that multiple times in my emails and had included their own returns paperwork with the package. Shop anywhere but directly from Farah. They are completely incompetent.
Do not buy from this company. I ordered five different pairs of trousers that were shown as available on their website. The very next day they cancelled my entire order without giving any reason. I called their customer service line, waited over ten minutes for someone to pick up, and when they finally did they seemed completely uninterested. They claimed everything had sold out while my payment was being processed, which sounds like nonsense. I'll never shop there again.
