The shirts appeared fine at first, but the quality fell short of expectations. I grabbed a multi-pack and was disappointed when several items shrunk significantly after just one cool wash cycle. Would not recommend this purchase.
I ordered something online late November as a holiday present. Since I'm ordering from outside the UK, I needed to return it because the size wasn't right. Their policy states that if you order between mid-November and early December, you get until early January to return items. But when I tried to start the return process just after Christmas, the system rejected it saying the window had already closed. The issue is they need three weeks to handle returns from international locations, which means I'd miss their deadline no matter what. Plus they're charging nearly 7 euros just to ship the return. Nobody in their support team will pick up or respond to help me work this out. It looks like anyone who bought international gifts around the holidays is stuck without being able to return anything and loses their money. This policy seems designed to cheat customers out of legitimate returns.
My parents surprised me with two pairs of Farah trousers as a gift, but at twice what I normally spend, I expected much better. What I got was disappointing in almost every way. The pockets are shallow and things fall out constantly. There's only one back pocket when my usual brand has two. The fabric feels cheap and wrinkles appear from barely wearing them. The fit is awkward and unflattering, especially around the waistband area. Most frustrating is the closure system with just one button when comparable brands offer two clips plus a button. For double the price, these should blow my regular brand out of the water, but instead they're actually worse quality and cost way more. It seems like the accountants are running the design department now. You're paying premium prices for a product that doesn't match the value proposition.

I also reached out to Farah multiple times and received only two responses from someone who said he'd pass it along to management. After that, silence. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had with any company. I spent four months going back and forth between two companies with both ignoring me. I won't spend another cent with them.
I grabbed two pairs of Farah casual shoes that were marked down to a fraction of their original price. Within a couple weeks, both pairs developed identical cracks running across the soles in the exact same spot. They both ended up in the trash shortly after. Complete waste of my money.
