Skip this company entirely. Purchased a Ninja Slushi during a major holiday sale and received zero shipping details after paying. Emailed their support line several days later asking for an update. Silence for six days straight. When I finally got through on the phone, they flat out told me not to count on delivery before the new year. Completely ridiculous. They're blatantly taking orders for items they don't actually have, then refusing to communicate with customers about it. Feels like false advertising to get those holiday order numbers up with no real plan to ship anything on time. Their support team doesn't exist and communication is terrible, making this the most frustrating and dishonest experience. Also own their Cafe Deluxe coffee machine, which is pretty disappointing. It's plasticky and cheap feeling, wastes way too much water, and struggles to make two cups at once. Won't be ordering from them again.

Very unhappy with my purchase. Bought an expensive outdoor pizza oven and didn't open it right away because it came sealed nicely. When I finally opened the box, several accessory pieces were missing. I contacted customer service and they made me jump through hoops requesting receipts and part numbers just to tell me I had to buy the missing pieces myself. I'd give this lower if I could. The customer service is really bad. Paid $350 for a slushie maker but can't get replacement parts for it. Then after waiting, they told me they actually stopped making that part even though they sold me a replacement that didn't work. On top of that, the warranty doesn't cover anything. I only got to use the machine once and now I'm out $350. Wouldn't purchase anything from this company again no matter what.

Just got a Foodi and it was working great until the pressure lid stopped locking properly. Called support and they were really helpful. The agent used my phone camera to look at the problem, and even though they hadn't seen that exact issue before, they figured out the lid was faulty. Got a brand new replacement sent out within two days completely free. It's working perfectly now. Really impressed with how they handled it.

My air fryer quit working on a weekend, so I called support first thing Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I had a replacement unit at my door. Outstanding customer service and I couldn't be happier. Their staff was professional and efficient. Definitely won't buy from any other brand after this kind of experience.
