I can't even describe my order because I still haven't gotten it after three weeks. The tracking shows 'Label created. Waiting on carrier' and that's where it's been stuck this whole time. I sent them a message asking what's going on and got no response back. My suggestion would be to shop somewhere else.

This website is absolutely terrible! I placed an order for a backpack in early February and paid for it right away. Then they send me an email saying it's out of stock. I contacted their chat support and they tell me it'll be ten days for a refund. It's been way longer than that with zero refund and nobody's responding to my messages. Is this place actually legitimate or am I getting scammed here?

I do really like the Crocs themselves and their prices are competitive with free shipping, which is great. The problem is their return process. Sure, returns are free, which is uncommon, but they only offer Royal Mail print-it-yourself labels. I had to drive around town trying to find somewhere that would print it for me, which ended up costing me money. I've never seen another company that doesn't give you multiple return shipping options depending on what works for you. I emailed them about it and never got a response back. That really bothered me. Probably won't order directly from them next time because of this.

They handed me a fake customer service number and ended with a cold 'Have a nice day.' I'm done shopping with them and they've lost all my seasonal purchases.
