Would not recommend this store. They cancel orders whenever they want without any explanation. An apology or reason would've been better than nothing, but their lack of communication is shocking. I placed two orders. The first one they canceled completely. On the second order with five items, they only sent one. And it took forever to get the refunds back on my card.

Ordered two pairs of crocs and while they took more than three weeks to get here, I was impressed by the customer service team. When I called them about the delay, they immediately processed a refund without any hassle. They even told me to keep the shoes if they arrived and not to worry about sending them back since they didn't expect them to show up. They did eventually arrive, so I ended up getting the refund plus the product. Really pleased with how they handled it.

Should have checked reviews before ordering. Placed an order on December 6th for two pairs as Christmas gifts. By December 22nd, nothing had arrived. The tracking just cycles through the same messages about the parcel reaching and leaving the packing center over and over. Sent emails with no response. Ended up having to buy replacements at a store instead. Really disappointed and would tell anyone to avoid this site.

Received completely wrong items that weren't anything close to what I ordered. Getting customer service is nearly impossible, and on top of that they make you pay for return shipping even though it's their mistake. Not acceptable at all.

Customer service was even worse than the already bad delivery experience with DPD, their shipping partner. My package went to a completely different address a kilometer away even though the addresses look nothing alike. When I complained, Crocs support said it's not their problem since they just hand it off to DPD. But you hired them and I'm the customer stuck dealing with the mess. It's clear Crocs doesn't actually care about customer satisfaction. Hopefully your order works out, but once they pass it to their shipping partner, you're on your own.

Their system has a problem preventing deliveries, yet their customer service wants me to wait 14 days for a refund after returning the undeliverable package. So I placed another order. Then suddenly the first package gets delivered anyway. Their support says they can't cancel the new order even though it hasn't shipped yet. Now I'm stuck having to wait for both to arrive, return them, and then presumably wait another 14 days for refunds if they don't find an excuse to deny them. Whenever I ask to speak with a manager, they refuse to help and keep restarting the chat. This whole thing feels like a scam designed to keep your money. Stay away.

Their return policy is outdated and their customer service is terrible. I used their sizing tool to pick the right size before ordering a bunch of items, but they still didn't fit right. I had to pay 30 euros out of my own pocket to ship everything back. I ended up contacting support more than four times and nobody actually helped resolve anything. This was my first and last time ordering from Crocs.eu. Plus I found out crocs aren't biodegradable, so I'm done with the brand entirely.

Really disappointed that Crocs EU won't ship to my location. I reached out asking why this restriction exists, but they didn't even bother giving me an explanation. Very frustrating.

Should be zero stars honestly. I placed an order in mid-October and it never showed up. Your shipping partner apparently lost it. You gave me a choice between resending or getting money back. I picked the refund, but then you said you needed to review my case before processing it, which could take 7 to 14 days. I've been asking about my refund for days now and nothing. This is your responsibility since your courier messed up. I need my money returned immediately, not in weeks.

Their FAQ clearly says you'll get an email with return instructions and a link to print your return label once you request a return. That's completely false. They never provide any label, and customer service didn't offer much help either. Very sloppy and unprofessional. Not coming back to this site.

Went to the store at Euroma 2. The saleswoman was awful. You're not allowed to touch anything before buying, and that older staff member shouldn't be working there. Very unwelcoming experience.

I ordered crocs and my card was charged. Got a tracking number in an email, but it was in Chinese. When I translated it, the tracking suggested the package arrived and was signed for a month after I ordered. I never actually received anything though.

It's surprising that they expect customers to pay for return shipping costs. From my location in Ireland, that would've been around 20 euros. I've never experienced this with major retailers, and honestly most smaller companies cover return costs too.

This company is absolutely dreadful. I'd warn anyone against buying from them. They're perfectly fine taking your money but then don't actually ship your stuff. They never reach out to you, so you end up doing all the follow-up yourself just trying to get your order fulfilled.

Don't shop here. There's a problem with their ordering system that created duplicate charges, and they absolutely refuse to cancel them or issue refunds. The customer service is awful too, with rude staff who keep hanging up or going silent instead of actually talking to you.
