This company provides poor service overall. Their systems got hacked back in March of 2026. My email address popped up on the dark web as a result. I phoned their customer support to alert them and got told they're receiving hundreds of similar calls but swear they weren't actually breached. That doesn't add up. If they weren't hacked, why would they suddenly be getting hundreds of these calls all at once? I asked them to shut down my account and remove all my personal information. They said it would take ten business days. Stay away from this place. Don't sign up for an account or spend any money there.

I purchased a dress from Belk and paid extra for rushing the shipment so I'd have it by Friday for a Saturday event. The cashier contacted customer service, and I was informed they needed to verify my identity. I've had this card for over two years and have never experienced such a humiliating situation. When I asked why my charge didn't go through, the Belk representative explained it was because I had no history of charging such a large amount, which made no sense as an excuse. I plan to return to that location and if I encounter those same three employees, I'm closing this account permanently. This experience felt discriminatory and unacceptable.

I won't do business with them again because they're unreliable, deceptive, and act arrogantly toward people trying to resolve legitimate complaints. They take your money and give you nothing but empty promises.

They deserve zero stars. Belk sells worn items and second-hand merchandise but advertises everything as new. Complete scam. The customer service is the worst. I've ordered from them twice and both times received damaged and soiled garments that are obviously not fresh out of the box. The packaging is inadequate and things arrive falling apart. Plus they don't actually send your refund without you pestering them over and over. Even after I sent back my purchases, they dragged their feet on the refund until I called repeatedly complaining.

I would give zero stars if I could. They're selling worn clothing and used items while claiming they're brand new. This is a scam. Their customer service is awful too. On top of that, they won't actually process your refund unless you keep calling them back repeatedly.
