The products themselves are beautiful, but I'm writing this mainly to shout out their customer service team. They genuinely went above and beyond when I had a quality issue with one of my purchases. They actually took responsibility and fixed the problem, even after the normal return window had passed. Really impressive. Thank you!

I've ordered tons from Everlane over the years from Canada, but lately things have gotten inconsistent. The sizing is unpredictable and quality varies. My most recent order is the real problem though - nothing shipped or even processed for over 2 weeks. Feels like they've basically taken my money. I'm honestly reconsidering whether to order from them going forward. How am I supposed to trust them with my order when they won't even fulfill or ship it?

I'm really let down by how Everlane handled my customer service experience. I bought 3 pieces and loved two of them, but the third item had incorrect material information listed on their site. Since I actively try to avoid synthetic fabrics, I was shocked to get something with nylon. After double-checking the product page and seeing no mention of nylon, I screenshotted it and reached out to support. The item would've been perfect otherwise. Support rejected my refund request, then updated their site with the right details (good for future shoppers) but used that new copy to suggest I didn't read carefully enough. I sent them the screenshot showing the old listing and mentioned they could check their revision history. They never responded and just said it was final sale so there was nothing to do. Really disappointed because I thought I was buying from an ethical brand, and I'd loved my other purchases so much. But after this awful experience, I just can't feel confident spending money here again.

Total shipping disaster from this company. Weeks went by with no updates on my order. Their customer support team is basically useless and just gives excuses or points fingers at others. Honestly, shop somewhere else.

Really don't recommend this company. They tack on $10.68 for shipping without even asking first. And then when you want to return something, they don't bother telling you not to box it up. The whole experience was frustrating.

Two weeks have passed and my order vanishes when I try looking it up on my computer - keeps telling me there's no order history. But somehow it shows up on my phone. I also never got an order confirmation email, even though I get all their sales emails constantly. Something seems off about this. Plus their customer service is basically nonexistent. Would've made different choices if I'd known this beforehand.

The sizing was way off and when I tried to exchange for a different size, they wouldn't let me. Just skip this place.

I'm actually shocked by all the negative reviews because I've had absolutely amazing customer service. Maybe they've improved things based on feedback. I'm seriously impressed with how fast they handled my question and how quickly they fixed the issue. Definitely ordering again. It's pretty rare to email a company and get a response within an hour, every time you reach out!

So I actually looked at reviews after I'd already finished ordering and got pretty nervous about my 80+ EUR purchase, but everything arrived in a totally reasonable timeframe and I'm obsessed with these jeans. I went up one size from what their chart suggested, which turned out to be the right call since that size would've been way too tight.
