- Cart value or purchase minimum requirements may apply, so ensure your order meets any stated thresholds.
AT&T Savings Hacks
AT&T frequently offers reward cards when signing up for internet or wireless services. If you are a new customer or expanding service, these cards can provide significant savings on top of promotional pricing.
Phone and device deals change seasonally and by model. Checking back regularly, especially around major product launches or holidays, can yield better discounts than applying a generic code.
AT&T offers different promotions for wireless plans, Fiber internet, and device upgrades. Confirming which service type your code applies to before checkout prevents failed redemptions.
Many AT&T promo codes require signing up for a service contract or agreement. Review the fine print to understand any long-term obligations before claiming the offer.
AT&T Shipping Policy
AT&T offers both in-store pickup and direct shipping for devices and equipment. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes depend on your location and the product ordered, so review the options at checkout. For service plans and digital products, shipping may not apply.
AT&T Returns & Refund Policy
AT&T typically allows returns and exchanges within a standard window for unopened merchandise and devices. Activated service plans and used devices may have different return eligibility. Review the specific return policy on the product page or contact customer service for clarity on your purchase.

AT&T Reviews
AT&T receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers split sharply between one-star and five-star ratings. The majority of negative reviewers report broken promises regarding phone trade-in reimbursements and promotional credits that were never delivered. Complaints also center on customer service representatives described as hostile, dismissive, and unhelpful, with callers experiencing long holds and no callbacks. Service outages without adequate communication or support compounded frustration for some customers.
The smaller group of five-star reviewers presumably had positive experiences, though their specific feedback is not reflected in the recent one-star reviews dominating the dataset. The consistent pattern of unfulfilled financial commitments and poor customer service interactions suggests these are primary pain points driving the low overall rating.
Biggest mistake I could have made. Someone promised they would cover my current phone balance. That was back in December. Got told I'd get a prepaid card in my account. Still nothing in April. Called them up and got put on hold with no one ever returning. Switch away from AT&T if you can.
Their customer service rep was hostile and talked down to me like their screw up was somehow my fault. That was the last straw and I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Had a really bad experience with their customer service team. Extremely disrespectful and somehow turned their own mistakes into my problem. I'm not doing business with them anymore.
Total con artist operation. They straight up don't give a damn about anyone. Only care about taking your cash with broken promises. Will say they'll treat you right but deliver nothing. Brought my phones from another company and they wouldn't reimburse me. Now I gotta pay the bank out of pocket.
Complete ripoff artist company. They act like they couldn't care less about customers. All they want is your money with fake guarantees. Tell you one thing but never follow through. Switched my phones over from another carrier and they wouldn't give me back what I was owed. Now I'm stuck paying the bank for it.
Service went down in my area covering about fifty homes. After eight hours all we heard was it would be back online soon. Then absolutely nothing happened. No contact. No updates. Still no service. Got in touch with AT&T and their rep couldn't tell me anything useful. Holiday weekend meant nobody was available to handle it. Been without service for twenty four hours straight. Storm is rolling in soon. Think anyone's actually going to work on getting this fixed?
Our neighborhood lost service during an outage affecting just a handful of properties. Eight hours in they said it'd be fixed soon but then absolutely nothing. Zero updates and still no connection. I reached out to AT&T and the person I got had no clue what was going on. It was a holiday weekend and nothing got done. We went without service for a full day. Bad weather was coming. Seems like nobody's even trying to fix it.
AT&T not taking care of longtime customers. All the big phone companies throw deals at new people. Meanwhile AT&T offers way less than the competition. T-Mobile gives the same phone free but AT&T wants you to pay for it over three years. With two free streaming services on top, T-Mobile blows them away. Even their cheapest plan beats AT&T's best one. So they're trying to grab new customers instead of rewarding people who've stuck with them for years.
This experience has been absolutely absurd dealing with this place. Their cloud charge is ridiculous.
Never dealt with anything this frustrating in my life working with this company. The cloud fee makes no sense.
AT&T sent door to door sales reps to my block to pitch us on switching from Cox. Cox isn't great so I was open to it until one of these guys turned out to be absolutely awful, rude and aggressive. Tried calling AT&T to complain and give them feedback about how this wasn't helping their reputation. Being a shareholder I figured they'd want to know. Took literally two hours just trying to reach someone in customer service. Got the run around just like everyone else mentions in reviews. Finally got a real person but the call quality was terrible. Is that what I'd get if I switched? Then they put me on hold for another twenty minutes until I just quit. Couldn't believe I'd ever say this but Cox is looking pretty good right now.
This guy's name is literally a sandwich and he went above and beyond. Super kind and really knew what he was doing. Can't recall exactly which name but he mentioned it was from a sandwich. Definitely ask for him if you can. Top notch attitude and super easy to work with. His name might be Rubin or Ruben
Still waiting on funds from my earlier complaint regarding AT&T. Called today and got told it would be another two to four weeks before I see the one hundred seventy eight dollars they owe me. Was completely frustrated at that point. Beginning to think they're holding onto my money on purpose just to earn interest off it. It's the same strategy the government does with taxes
Major props to Jason. Connected with Jason today and he tackled everything that was going wrong. Honestly had no idea how to fix any of it and didn't have much time but he jumped right in and figured everything out. When something wasn't working one way he'd try another approach and get it done quickly. Really pleased with how it went and how AT&T handled it all.
Called AT&T at 611 and got through to someone named Joel right away. Just wanted to see if we could bring my bill down and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Showed me a $50 insurance charge I didn't even realize I was getting billed for every month plus some other fees. When everything was said and done my bill dropped more than $73 a month. Thanks Joel for the help
