About Best Western Hotels & Resorts
Best Western Hotels & Resorts operates a global network of independently owned and operated hotels across multiple continents. Shoppers search for Best Western promo codes to reduce nightly rates and save on accommodations during business trips, vacations, and extended stays. The chain appeals to budget-conscious travelers seeking reliable, mid-range lodging options.
How to Use a Best Western Hotels & Resorts Promo Code
- Visit bestwestern.com and search for your desired hotel and travel dates.
- Review the available room types and rates, then select your preferred option.
- Proceed to checkout and enter your Best Western promo code in the designated discount field before completing payment.
- Verify the discount has been applied to your total bill.
- Complete your reservation and receive a confirmation email with your booking details and code.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired or reached its redemption limit, so check the offer expiration date before applying it.
- Some codes apply only to specific hotel properties or room categories, so confirm your selection qualifies.
- The code might exclude certain dates or blackout periods, particularly during peak travel seasons or holidays.
- Ensure you are booking directly through bestwestern.com rather than a third-party travel site, as codes typically work only on the official site.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try re-entering the code, as technical glitches occasionally prevent proper recognition.
- Contact Best Western customer service with your code and booking details if the discount still fails to apply after these steps.
Best Western Hotels & Resorts Savings Hacks
Combine a Best Western promo code with your membership account benefits to maximize savings on eligible bookings. Check whether your membership tier qualifies for additional discounts on top of the promotional code.
Hotel rates typically drop during weekdays compared to weekends. Apply your promo code to these already-lower rates for compounded savings on business travel or flexible leisure trips.
Different room categories at the same property may have different base prices. Check if your promo code applies equally across all options, then select the best value for your needs.
Best Western periodically releases fresh promotional codes via email newsletters. Subscribing ensures you learn about new offers before they expire or reach redemption caps.
Best Western Hotels & Resorts Shipping Policy
Best Western does not involve physical shipping, as the company provides lodging services rather than merchandise. Reservations are confirmed digitally, and check-in details are provided via email confirmation.
Best Western Hotels & Resorts Returns & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and rate type, so review the specific terms attached to your booking before completing your reservation. Most Best Western locations allow free cancellation within a set window prior to arrival, though non-refundable rates may apply restrictions. Contact the hotel directly or check your confirmation email for the exact cancellation deadline.

Best Western Hotels & Resorts Reviews
Best Western Hotels & Resorts receives sharply divided feedback from guests, with ratings split almost evenly between one-star and five-star reviews. Shoppers who gave top ratings appreciate the brand, though specific positive details are limited in recent reviews. However, guests rating the chain poorly report serious issues including unclean rooms with pest problems, broken amenities like non-functional hot water and jacuzzis, and most consistently, lack of responsiveness from customer service. Multiple reviewers describe contacting the company with complaints and receiving no reply for weeks, leading them to conclude they will not return.
Common complaints center on quality control at individual properties and a disconnect between the central customer service team and hotel locations. Guests report being directed back and forth between the booking platform and individual hotels without resolution, and describe the chain as unresponsive to feedback and complaints. The polarized ratings suggest that experience varies significantly by property, but the prominence of unresolved customer service issues in recent reviews indicates a systemic problem with how the brand handles guest concerns.
This brand doesn't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction, which is really disappointing. We had a terrible experience at their property near Fort Lauderdale airport. The room had bugs and was filthy. When we contacted customer care, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. It appears leadership at the top isn't taking these quality issues seriously, which is unfortunate.
Booked a stay and was charged through their payment processor without issue, but when I requested a receipt, customer service directed me to the hotel. The hotel had no way to work with the payment system and sent me back to customer service. I've reached out multiple times to customer service with no response. I've even submitted requests through their website and heard nothing. As a Diamond Select member, I expected better support, but it seems like they're more interested in collecting money than actually helping customers.
Stayed at the Knowsley location near Liverpool and was really let down. We paid a premium for a suite with a jacuzzi, but the hot water wasn't working and the faucet was broken. I sent them an email with my complaint two weeks ago and still haven't heard back. Best Western has lost my business permanently.
Had a terrible experience at the location in Knowsley near Liverpool. We paid extra for a suite that was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub, but there was zero hot water and the tub faucet was completely broken. I contacted the company with feedback via email about two weeks ago and still haven't received any response. I won't be returning to Best Western again.
I'm choosing not to use Best Western hotels anymore because some of their properties have been converted to accommodate asylum seekers.
This hotel chain is poorly managed and appears to be running fraudulent online operations that have scammed thousands of dollars from people. I've seen job postings from them on employment sites that are nothing but bait for this scam. Don't do business with them. We need to spread the word and hit them where it hurts financially so they actually face consequences for their dishonest practices.
Hotel LeBlanc left me really disappointed. I'd received 12,000 reward points from a previous bad experience at another Best Western in Newport, Tennessee, so I used them here in Pigeon Forge. The parking situation was awful, and with our van it was nearly impossible to navigate the entrance due to low clearances and awkwardly angled spaces. The front desk staff wasn't friendly at all, and it genuinely felt unwelcoming. That said, the rooms themselves were exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The water temperature could have been hotter though.
As someone who's traveled extensively for business with Best Western for years, staying well over 90 nights annually, I'm disappointed by recent changes that suggest heavy business travelers aren't as valued anymore. Lowering the top membership tier from 60 nights to just 25 nights means basically anyone can now achieve elite status, which waters down the perks for those of us who rely on hotels constantly for work. On top of that, the meal vouchers have lost value in certain locations, requiring guests to pay out of pocket for dinners that used to be complimentary. I'd rather see the company introduce a premium elite tier for people staying 60+ nights per year and bump up the voucher amounts instead of cutting benefits. Because of these changes, I've shifted my bookings elsewhere, dropping from 60+ nights annually to just 5, choosing hotels that include meals with their rooms. This will be my last complaint about this.
The actual hotel was fine, but the billing situation was a nightmare. I clicked on an email link trying to add one extra night to my reservation and accidentally ended up with two separate bookings for the same dates. The first reservation was cheaper, but they charged me for both. After I complained, they reluctantly refunded the lower amount but kept the expensive booking. When I tried discussing it with customer service, they hung up on me twice. Their suggestion was basically to be grateful for what little I got back and to try calling customer service again, which obviously hasn't worked. Really frustrating experience with the Milan office.
If you're staying at the Best Western Plus in Horn Lake, Mississippi, bring your own towels because they have a strange towel policy. I've been a regular there for over five years and never saw this before. I'm switching to Hilton instead. Contacting corporate about this won't help since these are franchises and corporate won't intervene. It's unfortunate because this hotel brand is losing my loyalty over something like this.
Tried canceling a reservation just three days before my stay and had to go through four different representatives to complete the process. What made it worse was they had an address on file from 15 years ago that I didn't even know about, even though I'd entered my current address into their online system. The final person I spoke with was condescending and unhelpful. We won't be booking with Best Western going forward. Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars.
We spent two nights at Best Western Plus Media Center Inn & Suites in Burbank and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and we got a full hot breakfast both mornings. The front desk team was welcoming and provided helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants. Universal Studios was just a short ride away, and the underground parking was really convenient. We'd absolutely stay there again.
This was our first visit here and everything impressed us. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, the staff treated us with genuine warmth and friendliness, and the whole place has such a nice feel to it.
If you travel a few times yearly, definitely sign up for rewards! I'd suggest looking for properties labeled 'Plus' or 'Premier' because they maintain higher standards, and honestly, the Premier locations rival upscale chains like Hilton. We've had great experiences at these properties. Pro tip: call directly to reserve, especially for multi-night stays, because you'll almost always get better pricing than booking online. The complimentary breakfast varies but is usually pretty solid. All the Premier locations we've visited actually have full-service restaurants on-site. I'd skip the Sacramento property near the highway, but otherwise these hotels are excellent.
Took my husband to Mosbrough Hall Hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and I was so excited after seeing pictures online! From the moment we arrived, staff member Sam greeted us warmly and professionally, making us feel special right away. The food was absolutely delicious. Chef Ryan brought out dessert and took time to chat with us about each dish, showing real passion for what they do. Both of them contributed to making our anniversary dinner really memorable. The building itself is gorgeous with wonderful grounds, creating the perfect backdrop for a fantastic dining experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we're already planning to book a room for next time. Truly 5 stars!
