Hoping someone actually reads this. I placed an order for 2 replacement carafes with no spout attached. They sent me the wrong style. When I tried to return it and get the right one, they responded saying I'd need to submit a return form, cover the shipping cost, and eat a 10% restocking fee. Outstanding product. We used our Bodum glass French press for ages until it eventually broke, so we decided to try their stainless steel model this time. It was totally worth it. The design is beautiful, gives our kitchen a nice look, and makes our whole coffee routine better. We also got it super fast with really nice packaging.
I was able to have a 1.5 liter French press delivered right to my place out in the country. Would have preferred just the carafe, but it's out of stock right now so I'll pick that up later as a backup.
