Really excellent customer service. I bought 2 containers and went with standard delivery. Then I decided I wanted it faster, so I called customer service to ask about upgrading and paying extra. I got a fantastic surprise - the rep said as a courtesy, she'd have the warehouse send it next day at no additional charge. Just wow. That's going above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier. The items came today and they're fantastic, plus they cost way less than I'd have paid elsewhere. Everything worked out perfectly and I'm thrilled.

Returning items is unnecessarily complicated. I ordered a watch that had a dial way too big for my taste, so I wanted to send it back. What a nightmare. The return system wouldn't accept my order information. After emailing support, they said the item came from a third party seller and I'd need to use their return process instead. That company's policies are rough - they charge you to return things and have tons of extra restrictions. If you order something and need to send it back, watch out. The process can drag on forever and you might end up working with outside sellers who have really messy return procedures. Feels like their return policy is intentionally difficult to discourage people from returning stuff. I'm done shopping with Brand Alley.

Unhappy with how a BA staff member handled my situation. I placed an order but it never made it to my house. Royal Mail left a photo showing delivery, but apparently not to my actual address - maybe to a nearby location. I checked my security camera and asked neighbors, both confirmed they didn't get my package. When I messaged BA about this, the employee asked me to verify the issue again instead of actually reading what I wrote about already checking everything thoroughly. I'm confused about how they hire and train people. The logical response should've been BA would contact Royal Mail to figure out where my package went and why when I clearly asked for home delivery. Where's the common sense? It's been 3 days since I first reached out and I'm still waiting for a real solution. Their customer service quality has really dropped.

The rep was consistently quick to reply, genuinely helpful, polite and professional. She looked into my concerns with other team members and managed to sort out what I thought were problems but turned out to be non-issues. The whole thing was excellent and honestly, a lot of other companies could take notes on how they handle customers.
