This place is fantastic! The team is genuinely nice and went out of their way when I injured my arm, even bringing ice to my room. The space itself has awesome design and everything is arranged perfectly. The bed is super comfortable and I loved that you can change the bathroom lighting to any color, especially the pink setting. The touchscreen check-in was annoying but I got through it. Thanks for making my stay special. Would love to come back to LA just to experience this hotel again, though it's quite a trip from across the ocean.

I want to give credit to the staff member who assisted my husband, he did a great job and was very compassionate. However, we had a serious problem with incredibly loud thumping bass at eleven in the evening, which is terrible for people dealing with jet lag. The hotel claims to be soundproof but that's definitely not accurate. When I complained to management, I got a very hostile and angry response. Apparently the staff member was stationed somewhere far away and couldn't grasp why I wasn't okay with noise pollution.

It's just a five minute covered walkway from terminal three, though I can't speak to how it handles severe weather since the sides are open. Rooms are tight but manageable if you're comfortable with technology. The iPad runs most functions like lighting, TV, and blinds, though it lagged sometimes. No obvious home button though, which was confusing. The room stays incredibly silent and dark when you want it to. The shower has a hidden switch on the door that needs to be fully closed to activate, but once you figure that out it's fine. The toilet situation is very exposed. It's quirky for sure, but I'd definitely consider staying again.

We've been MyCitizenM+ members for a year and it's been worth every penny.

I chose the airport location purely for convenience, but the whole concept feels off. Calling guests "citizens" is weird and off-putting. The rooms are surprisingly tiny. There's barely a bathroom, just a toilet sitting openly in the room. And it's pricey. You control everything through an iPad which is annoying, clunky, and half the features don't work properly. The mattress was stiff. Overall it's an odd place to stay and overpriced for what you get. A regular hotel would've been a much better value.
