I've ordered from Our Place twice now. Both times my shipments arrived super fast with incredibly careful packaging, and everything showed up in pristine condition. I got the Always Pan 2.0, the Perfect Pot, plus some accessories. I find myself reaching for these pieces constantly when I'm cooking. The customer service team is outstanding. My Charcoal colored pots are stunning. The non stick ceramic coating is the best I've ever experienced.
