After washing once, most of the shirts either shrunk or became rough and rough textured. I followed the care instructions exactly, keeping temps way under 40 degrees. They wouldn't offer a refund or replacement.

Don't shop here. Claims to be upscale but refunds and shipping issues are a nightmare. I'm still waiting on my refund. Steer clear completely.

Ordered pants and a shirt together. The shirt arrived after four days but the pants somehow went out of stock between when I ordered and when the shirt was delivered, even though I ordered during a sale. They won't let you cancel orders during sales. Now I'm waiting with no clue when the pants will be back in stock. I actually wanted to return the shirt, but their online system won't accept my information. I've emailed them several times with no response yet. Might have to go into a store in London to sort this out. The shirt itself is well-made and I'd wear it otherwise, though the sizing info on their website isn't totally accurate. But their online service is definitely below what you'd expect. There are other similar brands with much better online experiences. Update: To their credit, customer service did reach out here quickly and refunded the pants cost. I'm raising my rating based on that.
