Really frustrated with their policies. They won't let you cancel an order before they process and ship it out. On top of that, you're stuck paying shipping costs to send it back plus a 25% restocking fee, all for their mistake. It makes no sense that you can't just cancel something before they've even touched it. This is pretty exploitative and shows they don't really care about keeping customers happy. I found Royal Chess Mall instead and wish I'd looked there first. House of Staunton needs to wake up and see what their competitors are doing. Pretty disappointed.
