First time shopping here and I had a gift card from the holidays. Bought something online and four days later got an email claiming that I had cancelled it myself. Rang them up to find out what happened and they admitted they were actually out of stock, not that I cancelled anything. They wouldn't own up to their mistake or explain why they blamed me instead. Definitely not coming back.

Terrible value for what you're paying. Their customer service is nonexistent. FedEx never even showed up with my package.

During a week-long trip through Montana, I had them on my feet every day and couldn't have been happier with the performance. Only downside is they don't seem to carry my wide size in this style again, which is a shame because I'd definitely buy another pair.

Grabbed a pair of their Upton men's shoes and the stitching split apart on both sides of the left shoe right away. I've been loyal to this brand for more than three decades, so this really stung. The quality just isn't there anymore. Without any kind of workmanship backing, I'm done. Switching to Allen Edmond instead.

I've picked up three pairs of shoes from them and every single pair has impressed me. The leather quality is outstanding and honestly smells expensive, which makes the price tag feel justified. Their styles get tons of compliments from people around me. I did have one small issue with the laces on a pair and their support team stepped up and fixed it really quickly. Haven't had them long enough to judge durability yet, but based on what I've seen so far I'm confident they'll hold up great as long as I take care of the leather properly.
