Would give no stars if I could. Paid for something that was supposed to arrive in 2 to 5 days, but it's been weeks now and still nothing. Had to reach out to them multiple times, and they said they'd resend it but didn't seem to treat it as urgent. Still waiting to see if what I paid for will actually show up. My family member's birthday came and went without the gift ever arriving.

Would give zero stars if the system allowed it. Total rip-off company. I ordered a couple of shirts that didn't fit right, and they charged me $16.90 just to send them back. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm done with them forever. Head to Macy's instead, where returns are free and they don't nickel and dime you. That's how you treat customers. Never again with Lands End.

Had a really frustrating time dealing with their customer service and website issues. I was trying to order a logo sweater for my kid's school, went through the whole process including paying for the custom logo, but it never showed up on what I received. When I called right after ordering to complain, the company said the item hadn't even shipped yet but there was nothing they could do about it. Now I'm stuck paying to return something I know isn't right.

Their large men's flannel shirts fit like an XL from other brands, and the tailoring is off too. The cut isn't what I'd call slim or regular, it's way too boxy, which compounds the sizing problem. Rather than mess with exchanges and risk getting stuck with something that still doesn't fit right, I just sent everything back. They wanted to charge for returns though, so instead of store credit like I thought, I got a bunch of separate digital gift cards I have to keep track of. That was an expensive mistake, and I won't be going back.

I think Lands End relies on misleading and deceptive promotions to get folks to put in their credit card info. Their customer service is pretty bad, and they regularly refuse to honor the discounts and deals they advertise. The constant bombardment of emails, sometimes six in one day, seem to be pushing fake deals and bogus incentives. Their favorite move is claiming something is out of stock so they don't have to apply the current promotion. This seems like something the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission should look into.

Wish I'd checked out the reviews before I made my purchase. Product quality left a lot to be desired, and the return process is a hassle. I'm not coming back.

Purchased a winter jacket with heat-sealed zippered chest pockets, but the construction quality was poor from the start. The sealing on the pockets failed and now there's basically a hole where the pocket used to be, with the zipper hanging loose. The fabric edges were never properly finished, so they're unraveling. When I contacted Lands End about it, they wouldn't take responsibility for the defective product.

Ordered something online and right away realized I'd put in the wrong shipping address. Tried calling but they were closed, attempted the chat feature and nobody was available, so I sent an email. Days went by with no response. When I finally got through the next morning, they told me I had to modify orders within 30 minutes, which is honestly ridiculous and totally impossible if you order late at night. The rep basically said tough luck and suggested I either track down whoever got the package and have them ship it back, or call the next day. I've wasted way more time trying to fix this simple mistake than what the item costs. Their system should allow changes like every other online store does. I'm done shopping there.

Their sizing is completely inconsistent. You can't count on anything fitting properly, you might get something that's too tight, too loose, or maybe actually the right size. I don't trust buying from them anymore because of this.

But the poor communication, the junky product designs, weird sizing especially on the tall items, these ridiculous return fees, and terrible service have turned me off completely. I won't be buying anything from them moving forward.

Super happy with how fast this arrived, and the price was definitely reasonable. I'm a bit puzzled about why Lands End always seems to have these massive discounts going on pretty much everything though. Makes you wonder if the full prices they list are even realistic or just part of their marketing strategy. Either way, once you factor in those discounts, the stuff actually becomes worth purchasing.
