Got the correct items but I'm frustrated about the gift box I paid for arriving completely dented. It was just sitting loose inside a huge box with zero padding around it. The box got tossed around with nothing protecting the top, bottom, or sides. I don't get why other companies use padding but Marc Jacobs doesn't. Based on all the negative feedback out there, I can tell they're not even trying anymore.

For such a big brand, they really messed up. Sent me the wrong item in my order and when I contacted customer service the experience was terrible. Don't recommend ordering directly from their website.

This company is awful and I won't buy from them ever again. A purse I ordered went out of stock three days before Christmas and they just cancelled it without explanation or offering any alternative. I reached out asking if I could get a different color at the same sale price I paid, but they said no because it wasn't the exact same item. How was I supposed to get the same color when they said it was sold out? This business will never get another penny from me and I'm sharing my experience on all my social accounts so others know what to expect.

Placed an order for a bag worth several hundred dollars back in September and still haven't gotten it. The customer service team doesn't answer emails or help at all. No refund either, just nothing. I'm done with this brand. Total waste of money.

Don't go back. Awful customer service, they ignore complaints about product issues, expensive stuff shipped without requiring a signature, and their refund process isn't actually being followed. I'm advising others to look elsewhere.

I'm incredibly frustrated with Marc Jacob right now. Ordered online but the shipping address was wrong. Tried calling to fix it and they said they'd contact the warehouse to stop it within 24 hours, but they shipped it anyway. After the courier adjusted the address I got an email saying it was still going to the wrong place. The courier told me Marc J had restrictions preventing the address change and Marc J said there was nothing they could do about it so I'd have to file a claim. This should have been a simple fix but the company handled it so unprofessionally that it became a complete nightmare.

Bought a large leather crossover bag at a physical location two hours away on a Saturday and wore it a couple times while in the area. By Monday the leather was already peeling off near the logo. Took it back to that store to swap it out but the sales associate treated me like I was trying to pull a scam with a counterfeit bag even though I had my receipt. I've tried customer service twice, emailed the warranty team twice, and called the store again with no luck. They clearly don't stand behind their products. I'll never shop at a Marc Jacobs store again. If I get anything from them in the future it'll be through a major department store with an actual return policy that makes sense. Marc Jacobs isn't even that luxury to begin with.

My tote bag discolored to brown after just six months of normal use. For a bag at that price point this is unacceptable. I still can't believe I spent that much on what's essentially a shopping bag. Something from a regular supermarket would have lasted better.

Bought a black tote that wasn't exposed to sunlight at all. Less than a year in and it looks worn out and has turned brownish. The quality for that price is honestly the worst I've encountered. Would not suggest buying from this brand.

The quality just doesn't match the price of these canvas tote bags. The black one I used started fading and looking less nice the more I carried it. The cost and what you actually get don't add up.
