Ordering for the first time, my package got taken from my building's hallway before I could get home. I contacted the company right away and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. They even asked if there was a safer place to deliver it to so the same thing wouldn't happen. I gave them my new address and they got the replacement order processed really quickly. They were super responsive and helpful!

Really disappointed with their customer service. I ordered just four brushes and it took a full month to get them. Nobody sent any updates about the timeline despite me asking three times through email. I got no responses at all until the package showed up out of nowhere. Good products aren't enough if the service is this bad. Based on everything I'm reading from other shoppers, things won't improve if they keep treating customers like this.

After reading all the mixed feedback, I was pretty nervous about my order of two palettes, worried something would go wrong. But they arrived right when expected and look absolutely beautiful. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out and the shipping time. My order made it to Europe in just over a week. Would definitely buy from them again.

I stopped by a department store looking specifically for Zoeva foundation brushes, but they weren't available. The staff suggested I try Morphe instead, so I picked up around four or five different brushes. Unfortunately, they didn't work out for me at all. I ended up grabbing a pack of foundation brushes from another store and they're actually amazing. I'm going to skip Morphe moving forward.

I wish I'd looked at the reviews before I bought Christmas gifts here. They've definitely declined in quality. My order never showed up and they claim it got lost. Apparently everything is sold out now so they just sent me a refund without even asking me first. Didn't get an apology or any attempt to fix it. Really terrible how they handled everything. They keep running promotions on social media with discount codes that simply don't work. When I tried to bring it up, they ignored my messages and wouldn't help. Plus there was a lengthy wait for my order to ship, which made sense given everything going on, but the site never posted any notice or sent an email about the delay. I only found out because I saw tons of other customers complaining on social media.

I've sent numerous follow up messages asking for my money back, but all they do is keep sending me tracking numbers for the first shipment that never arrived. They won't address my refund request, so I've decided to dispute it through my credit card company as fraud. This company is a mess and I will never order from them again.

I ordered on August 26th and was emailing every single day starting after the first week. Every response was the same vague promise, your items will go out by end of the week or in five days. Same story whether I emailed or called. Got a notification today that my items are shipping but only part of my order, a month later! When I called to ask why the delay, they admitted the items aren't even in stock, which is why it's taking so long. Would've been way better if they just told me upfront instead of giving me the runaround.

I placed two orders on August 20th and both packages came back to the sender. I've emailed them constantly with no response. Now I'm stuck with no package and no refund. Total scam. Don't bother ordering.

Don't do it! Ordered early September and it's now almost three weeks later. No shipping confirmation email, no response from them. Their service is honestly awful.

I placed my order three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I'm located in Australia. I got one response to my emails promising a tracking number by end of the week, but nothing showed up. I'm seeing the same complaint from customers in other places too. This doesn't look promising.

Ordered items on June 7th with an expected delivery of two to four business days. After a week passed I finally called them and they told me there was a processing error and that's why I never got updates. Now the two palettes I really wanted are showing as out of stock, so they're offering a full refund, which is what should happen anyway. Is this really how they handle situations after making people wait this long? I've reached out to them three times and dealt with so much stress waiting for items I was really excited about. Two of my friends ordered the same things and got theirs in two days, but somehow I'm the one having a nightmare experience.

I left a four star review for their skin tint product. While the formula was really nice, I mentioned that the shade selection wasn't great for lighter skin tones. The shade labeled 01 was too light, 02 had too much yellow, and 03, which I bought, ended up too dark for my complexion. I even noted I'd probably buy the lightest shade separately to blend. Then something amazing happened, their team sent me an email offering to ship the lightest shade to me completely free. That kind of response is honestly rare, especially from a makeup company, and especially after I said I'd probably just purchase it myself. It shows that leaving feedback matters and what an incredibly thoughtful gesture from them. Really impressed!
