This store charged me without delivering my stuff. When I filed a claim saying I never got my package, they closed it and claimed it was delivered. I know they sent a package somewhere, just not to me. Now they refuse to give me my money back.

I ordered 13 things online and only got 12. Called customer service and they emailed me back, but when I called again a week later they said I couldn't return it and should just dispute it with my bank. Their support doesn't seem to care at all, so I'm done shopping there.

It's unbelievable that this store would ship out completely incorrect items and then deny a refund. I got the wrong stuff in my order, reached out to their support team about it, and they refused to send me the right items. They're making me return everything before they'll give me my money back, even though it was clearly their error. Getting to a shipping location would cost me money for transportation that I shouldn't have to spend just to fix their mistake and get a refund. This is seriously poor customer service.

Grabbed some slip-on canvas sneakers from Old Navy online. Really pleased with how they turned out - solid construction, super comfy, and they were priced nicely on sale. The whole ordering and delivery process went smoothly. Really can't complain about this purchase.

I spent a couple hundred bucks and Gap/Old Navy divided my order: one box with 14 items and another with just one shirt. They use Lasership as their free shipping carrier. Right away, shipment one got marked as damaged and undeliverable with a note to contact the shipper. I tried calling Lasership repeatedly but couldn't reach anyone. They sent two generic email responses and that was it. Gap/Old Navy customer service refused to refund or send a replacement. They told me I had to wait past the delivery date before getting my money back. Nobody could explain what happened to my package. I've shipped with other carriers many times and they deliver even with damage, so what could make clothes so damaged they couldn't be delivered? Fire? Water? Theft? No idea. Gap/Old Navy didn't seem to care and only sent one email to Lasership with zero follow-up to me like they promised. I'm stuck in the dark with my money on hold.

You don't need to settle for the 'one size fits everyone' approach. They're actually walking the walk on their body inclusivity promise with their size selection. My friend who wears 3X and 4X loves their roomy pieces that let her move comfortably. If you're looking for room to breathe, definitely check them out.

Really upset with how this went this year. I placed an order on December 5th and it never came. When I called, they said they'd overnight my son's gifts for Monday delivery. That was a total Christmas letdown since your order made up most of his presents.
