Major issue with how items are shipped from their online store. They throw products into huge boxes with absolutely no cushioning or protective materials. It's clear they don't care much about protecting things during transit. Every order I've received has shown up with dents and scratches. They skimp on box quality and skip the packing materials entirely. This tells me they don't value their customers or their own products. The shipping approach is careless and cheap. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

Update: The product arrived and I called OXO to arrange a return. Got through to a live person immediately who provided a return label right away. I'm still not thrilled about their return policy, but I do like their stuff and plan to order from them again. Original note: I couldn't fix my order or cancel it within the first 10 minutes after ordering. Apparently they expect you to refuse the delivery. I tried everything - chat, the contact form, phone, and stopping the PayPal payment - nothing worked. Their website listed a product they called new for $159, but that same item with over 1000 reviews was going for $96 on Amazon, which suggests OXO's claimed sale price was actually the normal price.

I wanted them to store both whole bean and ground coffee, and the sizes seemed perfect. They looked sleek and felt sturdy and heavy duty, plus the scoops were convenient. But after just three months, the rubber seals on the lids stopped sealing properly. Either the push button system wore out so it doesn't press the seal tight enough, or the rubber itself degraded. Bottom line is these OXO containers seemed promising at first but didn't hold up. Their lifespan was way too short. I wouldn't recommend them because there are cheaper options out there that work better.

I placed an order for a coffee maker about a week ago and still haven't received any shipping notification. I sent an email through their contact section as shown on their website but haven't heard back. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is exactly why everyone prefers buying from Amazon.
