Be careful with how Pfaltzgraff ships their stuff. They're not using actual proof of delivery, which is a real problem when you're ordering pricey items. UPS just drops it off and marks it delivered without photos or signatures. My daughter's order showed as delivered but never actually made it to her place. When I called Pfaltzgraff about it, they kept insisting it was delivered and wouldn't help track it down. Turns out UPS left it somewhere else, but because there's no real proof of delivery paperwork, Pfaltzgraff wasn't willing to dig deeper into the problem.

About a year ago I bought the painted poppies set and had problems from day one. The packaging was terrible and a bunch of dishes showed up broken across multiple boxes. Before they'd replace anything, they made me photograph each broken piece and then wanted me to cover the return shipping costs. That should've been my warning that things have really gone downhill with this company. But wait, it gets even worse. I heated up coffee in what was labeled as microwave-safe and burned my finger pretty badly on the handle. They demanded pictures of both the mug and my injured finger, and their advice was to use an oven mitt and only microwave in thirty-second bursts. That's ridiculous. I tried leaving feedback on their website but they won't post it unless it's positive. The upload feature doesn't even work even though they show the button. I'm done with Pfaltzgraff. The products aren't just disappointing, they're actually risky and potentially harmful.

Just got a dinner set from Pfaltzgraff and I have to say, I'm blown away. The pieces are gorgeous and really well made, exactly what you'd expect from this brand. Everything feels durable and looks amazing on the table. What really stood out though was how they handled my situation. I ordered something else that arrived with a damaged glass, so I reached out to their support team. They couldn't have been nicer about it and got a replacement out to me right away with zero complications. It's nice when a company cares about their products as much as their customers do.

In late December I ordered some deeper bowls since the original ones that come with the set are pretty tiny. I knew it might take a bit since I was ordering right before the holidays, but I didn't mind waiting. When I checked in a few days ago, they still hadn't shown up, so I contacted their team. They jumped right on it and let me know they'd actually run out of stock. They processed a refund for me super fast. As soon as those bowls come back in stock I'll be ordering them again. I'm so excited to keep building up my collections over time. This company means so much to our family and I absolutely love them.

I wish I could give zero stars because I'm completely let down by this company I've been loyal to for over 35 years. After all that time, my recent order left me totally frustrated. I spent more than 150 dollars on Christmas and holiday stuff in their Plymouth and Winterberry designs. What showed up was such poor quality that it looked like defective merchandise that shouldn't have shipped at all. I contacted customer service about their advertised 'no hassle' returns, but apparently that doesn't apply to terrible painting, color mistakes, and crackled finishes. They want me to pay my own way to ship a heavy box back just to get a credit. I asked why they advertise hassle-free returns when there are no actual refunds and I have to foot the shipping bill myself. All I wanted was my money back and a prepaid label for these awful pieces. These were supposed to be gifts and I'd be embarrassed handing them out. The whole experience with their customer service was pretty hostile, honestly. I even posted a review on their website and they removed it. That's not how you treat longtime customers. I'm gone.
