I ordered a stuffed animal and balloon combo two days before it was supposed to arrive and got confirmation emails saying everything was fine. Then this morning, hours before delivery, they tell me they can't fill it because there's no helium available locally. I get that shortages happen, but why wait until the last minute to say something? I had to scramble to find another vendor and ended up paying way more because I needed same day service. Still haven't even gotten my refund back. Really disappointed in how they handled this.

They cancelled my order without even calling me. I ordered a couple days ahead for my grandson's dog that was being put to sleep. I got balloons in the dog's colors and they just cancelled it because they thought we'd be releasing the balloons. No phone call, no warning, and I looked bad when nothing showed up. They were closed the whole weekend and Monday I finally got a weak apology and their explanation. This company is awful.

Worst company ever. The website is confusing and nothing matches what actually gets sent. Customer service is useless, they send unclear emails and just stop responding without addressing your problems. My delivery was late and I called over thirty times with no answer. Find somewhere else and save yourself the money, time and frustration.

Really wish I had checked the reviews first. The person I sent the balloons to never actually got them. I spent a week trying to figure out what happened, had to threaten a fraud claim with my bank, and then they finally sent me a photo showing the balloons just sitting on the stairs outside with nothing securing them. Nobody was even notified it was there, and my family was home the whole time. Ninety dollars to mark the end of my dad's treatment and I'm completely let down. Asked who the delivery company was so I could review them too but never got an answer.

Ordered balloons for someone in the hospital and while they did arrive, the package was wrong. I paid for extra balloons that weren't included. It's disappointing and I can't seem to get anyone to help fix it. Wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Bought balloons for my son's birthday and you'd think they'd deliver in the morning so he could enjoy them all day. Four PM and still nothing even though I called twice. Then they actually called to say they don't have what I ordered and want to send thinking of you balloons instead of birthday ones. We'll see if they even show up on his actual birthday. Will never use them again.

What I realized is they seem to pay attention when people leave reviews online. My advice is to order from them only if you're willing to take the risk since they're hard to reach as a customer.

Got my balloon order yesterday around three thirty and the whole thing looked unprofessional. The delivery guy actually apologized because he broke one and three of the balloons weren't even fully inflated. It's Sunday morning now and the latex balloons are already flat. This company should be embarrassed. I want a refund.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. For my grandson's graduation, I got a junk food basket with three mylar balloons that were supposed to say congrats graduate. Instead he received a basket with two happy birthday balloons and no card saying who sent it. I had to call twice on delivery day because it hadn't shown up by evening. When I called the next day to report the problems, they offered either a refund for the balloons or a replacement with the right ones. Not acceptable.

My sister liked them as a gesture but I'm trying a different company next time. They said two days ahead that substitutions might happen via email. The delivery didn't happen on the Saturday I requested. I emailed customer service and they said they delivered it and told me to check with my family member, then a second email came saying they've been trying to deliver but needed a better address with a building number. I gave them what they asked for. The balloons finally arrived two days late with mylar birthday designs and one pink latex balloon.
