I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this company's treatment of customers is unacceptable. Ordered in early December and didn't find out my order shipped until over a week later. They mentioned experiencing shipping delays but my package hasn't moved in seven days. I've tried contacting support multiple times with zero response. Their phone line just goes to voicemail. It's been almost two weeks and still nothing. I have no idea if my package will ever show up or if I'll see a refund. This has been a really frustrating experience.

Usually I'm happy with most online sellers, but 100% Pure is definitely not one I'd suggest. The amount of spam emails is absolutely crazy - had to be around 100 in just five weeks. Customer service won't respond to any complaints.

Their customer support is the worst. I recommended them to my daughter as a place to order gifts. She placed an order about a month back and still hasn't gotten anything with zero communication. Both of us have sent loads of emails and made calls but heard nothing until I mentioned going to my credit card company to file a dispute. Then they finally replied asking for the order number. I sent it right back and still waiting. No products, no follow-up. Really regret suggesting this company to her. Won't make that mistake again.

Ordered over 160 dollars worth of stuff I'll never receive. This is a total scam. They sent an email about switching to a new distribution partner and used that as an excuse for why thousands of customers haven't gotten orders, received them months late, or got damaged items. I tried getting help from customer support but my ticket number was way over 500,000 in the queue! I regret ordering from here and honestly think I've lost that money for good. A real company would've stopped taking orders the moment they realized there was a problem instead of letting people keep buying things.
