The other cartridges from 1Ink don't work in my printer. Tried swapping them all out with 1Ink cartridges but nothing helped. Sent multiple emails asking for help but got no response at all. I'm sure most customers dealing with these kinds of problems won't keep coming back.
I had a similar bad experience as many others. Got sent a defective product where the black ink was so light on the first page it was basically useless, and the blue color printed all misaligned. Didn't even bother opening the magenta and yellow. Paid to ship it back and they only gave me a partial refund. Still waiting to hear their explanation. From what I've read in other reviews, I'll probably have to dispute it with my credit card company to get my full money back. Also worth noting that I've used other non-HP toner multiple times both before and after this bad experience with no problems. Just go somewhere else, you'll be much happier.
Used these cartridges for many years without any problems. Recently things have changed and I keep getting defective ones with zero support from the company. They make everything difficult and you can't talk to anyone directly about problems. Lost hundreds of dollars on cartridges that don't work when HP cartridges have never given me trouble. Really frustrated with how they operate. Don't buy from them.

Got 3 cartridges including 2 CL-211XL and 1 PG-210XL. The CL-211XL ones didn't work at all. Ran deep cleaning cycles and alignment fixes but still got awful results. Threw them away and ordered from ComboInk instead, which I should have done originally. 1INK responded by saying my review was made up. It wasn't. I emailed them on January 31, 2024 about the problems and they gave me troubleshooting steps and offered replacements. I'd already tossed the bad cartridges by then so I declined. I'll give anyone a copy of the email chain if needed. You're more focused on avoiding blame than actually fixing your quality problems, which explains everything about why your stuff breaks. Do some real quality checks and address the actual issues. Sounds like another company is taking your business. Let me know if you want those emails or just search for my account details. Fix the problem instead of denying it exists. I'm done with this back and forth.
Got a brand new black ink cartridge that only prints partial lines. Tried reaching customer service but the recording tells you to email about issues. Problem is, my emails won't go through. This HP cartridge was pricey and turned out to be a waste of money. Not ordering from this site ever again.
Purchased a drum and cartridge set for my Brother printer and they sprayed ink everywhere leaving marks all over my pages. They offered a refund but wanted $25 to cover return shipping. That's not worth it, just a bad deal. They advertise it's 100% guaranteed but that promise disappears when they won't pay for returns.
These people are dishonest. All the restocking charges, shipping fees, and return policy details are buried deep where you won't find them. Customer reps never mention any of this stuff. They took $120 off my order without explaining. Don't ever order anything from this place.

Purchased 3 63XL ink cartridges and they ran out of ink after printing just 6 sheets of letter-sized paper before drying up and needing replacement. When I switched to genuine HP cartridges, they worked great. Don't think I'll be ordering from you again. Happy to send the cartridges back if you want to provide a return label so you can resell them.
